This notice covers the public marketing website at codesense-studio.com. It does not cover the Ombar or Tendril SaaS products — each product publishes its own privacy notice and DPA.

Who controls your data

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Code Sense Studios OÜ (Limited company (Osaühing)), registered in Estonia under registry code 16874936, EU VAT EE102687033, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia. What we collect on this site

The site is a static marketing surface. We do not run on-site analytics, do not set tracking cookies, and do not maintain a server-side database of visitor activity. Three off-site handoffs exist:

Google Calendar booking link — when you click "Book a Call" you leave this site and use Google's appointment-booking page. Any data you submit there is collected by Google under Google's own terms and privacy notice. We receive the booking metadata (name, email, selected time).
Email (mailto) — clicking "Email Me" opens your local mail client. We receive any data you choose to send.
LinkedIn / GitHub external links — clicking these takes you to those platforms; their privacy notices apply.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA, with EU edge presence). Vercel may set essential session cookies for routing and security. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts (Google LLC) under Google's privacy notice. Both providers may process request metadata such as IP address and user agent on a transient basis.

Legal bases (GDPR Article 6)

Article 6(1)(b) — taking pre-contractual steps when you book a call or email us.
Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating the marketing site, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.

Retention

We retain emails and booking records for as long as the engagement remains active and for a further period sufficient to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims (typically up to 6 years, in line with Estonian accounting and limitation rules). We do not retain site-visit data because we do not collect it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, or obtain portability of your personal data. Contact codesense@codesense-studio.com to exercise any of these rights.

Lodging a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI)), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, by email at info@aki.ee or via www.aki.ee.

Children

The website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.

We may update this notice when the site changes. The "Last reviewed" date above reflects the most recent review.
